Director Service & Account Opening
Mount Bonnell Advisors can only provide a US director for your company if we also take on responsibility for managing the tax affairs of your company. If for no other reason this is necessary for our own security.
In regard to the role of the director, an annual fee is agreed in advance, and is due annually.
If we provide a director for your company, and upon your request, he can open a bank account for your company with one of our partner banks. For this service we charge a one-off fee.
